Updated for 2020 - "Once Around Is Not Enough" has been on our BEST SELLER list 3 years in a row. It was Book of the Year in the non-fiction Nautical Market in 2017. This book is NOT a guide. It is Capt. John's narritive about about cruising America's Great Loop. It gives the reader a through understanding of what cruising the Loop is all about, including information on over 100 Looper favorite destinations. This book is great for those that want to know more about cruising the Loop, and what to expect, but or not sure they can or will ever cruise it. It is a pre-cursor to Capt. John's "The Looper's Companion Guide", which is more expensive and designed as a planning, preparing and 'guide' for actually cruising the Loop. Those who have already purchased "The Looper's Companion Guide" should not purchase this book, as everything in this book is included in "The Looper's Companion Guide".
