About the Author\
John W. Santrock received his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota in 1973. He taught at the University of Charleston and the University of Georgia before joining the Program in Psychology and Human Development at the University of Texas at Dallas, where he currently teaches a number of undergraduate courses and was given the Universityâs Effective Teaching Award in 2006. John has been a member of the editorial boards of Child Development and Developmental Psychology. His research on father custody is widely cited and is used in expert witness testimony to promote flexibility and alternative considerations in custody disputes. John also has authored these exceptional McGraw-Hill texts: Psychology (7th edition), Children (10th edition), Adolescence(12th edition), Topical Life-Span Development (4th edition), and Educational Psychology (4th edition).\
John Mitterer was awarded his B.A. from the University of Calgary in 1974 and his Ph.D. from McMaster University in 1981. His primary research focus has been the application of technology in education. He has carried out and published basic research and consulted with many companies. He makes extensive use of multimedia in his lectures and has been invited to talk about his approach to lecturing at many conferences. John's research and teaching foci has converged in his multimedia work. He has produced serveral videodiscs and CD-ROMs for first-year introductory psychology courses, and has been Webmaster for the Brock University Psychology Department.\

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
